How long after I have placed my order will my jewellery be ready ?

We do not create your jewellery until you order it, so it usually takes 4 to 6 weeks .  For urgent orders please contact us with the details and we will discuss the terms.

How will my jewellery be packaged ?

All pieces are packed in individual boxes and packaged for safety and security to ensure there is no damage done during delivery.  All postage has tracking numbers either express post or registered mail. Courier services are available for urgent deliveries.  You can always pick up the jewellery from the shop Mon to Sat 10am to 3pm.

Can I come to the shop and look at your designs ?

Yes, you are more than welcome to come to the shop and see our display.  If you are trying to match a certain colour for a dress please bring along a swatch of the material and we will colour match it with the crystals.

What crystals and components do you use ?

We only use Swarovski Crystals, Swarovski Crystal Pearls, Fresh Water Pearls, Sterling Silver, Vermeil Gold ( that is sterling silver dipped in 24kt gold ), Gold Filled ( the new term for Rolled Gold ) .  So you will know that your jewellery is made to last long after the wedding day.

I like the design but I want a different colour crystal and can I have the crystals bigger/smaller ?

Yes, just choose the crystal colour you want from the Crystal Chart and enter it in the box available.  If you would like the crystals either larger or smaller that is not a problem either.  Just note it in the comments box and we will contact you.

Can I change the length of the necklace/bracelet ?

Of course you can. Just make a note in the comments box and we will make your jewellery to your requirements.

I can not find what I am after on your website but I have an idea, can you help ?

We will do our best to match the design you are after. If you have a photo or sketch of your idea just email or fax it through and we will discuss it with you.

Can you send the jewellery overseas ?

Yes, we can send it international express post so there is a tracking number for security.

If I have an allergy to metals can you provide surgical steel earrings?

We often get asked this question and yes we can provide earrings on surgical steel studs or hooks. For necklaces we can use a natural crystal toggle so there is no metal touching you skin.  If you suffer from this allergy please make a note of it in the comments box and we will contact you to discuss you options.

Can I buy wholesale from you ?

Yes, we do wholesale but only to customers who have an ABN and retail bridal outlet.  We require a initial minimum purchase and a non-refundable 50% deposit on all orders placed. Please contact us for details.
